Hailee grew up in Michigan but moved out to Boston to attend Boston University where she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology Specializing in Health and Medicine with a minor in Sociology. Before Hospitality Homes, she gained experience through a nonprofit internship, working for the Massachusetts Office on Disability, and as a Site Coordinator at a local physical therapy clinic.

She has been passionate about healthcare access having grown up in an environment where there was oftentimes limited access to healthcare. This passion developed throughout her college career where she was able to focus on the complexities of the medical systems through people’s lived experiences.
