Debbie brings professional experience that spans corporate and academic environments along with over 20 years in the nonprofit world.

Debbie was responsible for corporate training, market development, accreditation and volunteer recruitment at the New England College of Business. As a member of the executive team at John Hancock, she wrote company-wide communications, developed strategic plans, organized community volunteer projects and was a member of the IBM governance team. At BAO, Inc., she spearheaded the market research division for a variety of clients in the High Tech space. For the last 9 years, she worked in the Longwood Medical and Academic Area as Senior Director of the Colleges of the Fenway (COF), a five-college Boston-based consortium. At COF, Debbie negotiated and managed close to 100 contracts, created and supervised three shared positions and worked closely with a cross section of each college’s leadership.

For the past five years, Debbie and her husband Doug have been hosts for Hospitality Homes and have found it to be one of the most rewarding experiences they have ever had. They believe they receive much more than they can ever hope to give. They live in Milton with their two doodles Sophie and Stella. Debbie is an avid home team fan, enjoys trying new recipes on her friends, loves the theater, traveling and visiting her extended family in California whenever she can. Contact Debbie by email
